Out-Patient Rehabilitation

At RiverSpring Rehabilitation we believe in helping you reduce pain, regain your strength and independence—with better outcomes! Our personalized one-on-one outpatient rehabilitation services are designed to help you continue therapy and keep moving forward.

Why Choose Us?

As part of our continuum of care approach to rehabilitation, the same team of therapists will follow your program course from when you start with our Short-Term or Sub-Acute rehab program to Home Care program and to our Out-Patient rehabilitation program. Once you’ve graduated from your out-patient program, a hand-off from your therapist to the Wellness Coordinators will occur to discuss with you different wellness programming that you can benefit and participate to maintain your wellness and continue your path to living your highest potential.
