Daniel A. Reingold

Daniel Reingold

President and Chief Executive Officer

Daniel, MSW, JD is President and Chief Executive Officer of RiverSpring Living, a leading non-profit senior care organization with a century of history and leadership, which includes the operation of the renowned Hebrew Home at Riverdale. Under Mr. Reingold’s tenure, RiverSpring Living has grown significantly to include a comprehensive suite of care solutions, from managed long-term care and assisted living to rehabilitation services, senior housing, and skilled nursing. As a passionate advocate for older adults, Mr. Reingold and his team opened the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Center for Elder Justice, the nation’s first elder abuse shelter. He serves on the boards of directors of the Continuing Care Leadership Coalition, the Greater New York Hospital Association, and the Association of Jewish Aging Services. He received a BA from Hobart College, an MSW from Columbia University, and a law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University.

Chief Operating Officer

David has 30 years of experience in executive positions managing large community-based and long-term care programs. His area of special expertise and accomplishment is in strategic and visionary planning and the development and operation of new service programs with an emphasis on innovative service delivery models.

David supervises several RiverSpring Living programs, including RiverSpring Living Plans, RiverSpring Assisted Living, Hudson House, RiverSpring Day and Night Care, and RiverSpring Care Management, among others. He also oversees all marketing initiatives.

Susan Aldrich

Susan Aldrich

Executive Vice President, RiverSpring Health Plans

Susan has been working in managed care for the elderly for more than 30 years, at the federal and state policy levels and as a grantmaker focused on elderly health care. She developed and ran the nation’s largest Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly and, since joining RiverSpring Living, she has developed and run our managed care company, RiverSpring Health Plans. The Health Plans include RiverSpring at Home Managed Long-Term Care, with more than 10,000 members in eight counties, and our RiverSpring Living FIDA Plan, providing comprehensive long-term, medical, and behavioral health services.
